Hotel / Casino Ratings & Reviews Fremont

Nice clean hotel , rooms are smaller but very clean and comfortable . Stayed there for five nights and would definitely stay again . The only negative is showers are very low so if you are a taller person you will not enjoy the shower. Staff are the friendliest I have encountered in all my trips to Vegas and made the stay that much better . The casino was always one of the busiest on fremont street had a great atmosphere second only to The D .

Didn't expect such a great room downtown. Don't know what it cost because we were comped but here's the story. We also had a free room at Sam's Town. Checked in there around 10 p.m.; inattentive clerk, HOT room with auto AC cutoff, sucky casino -/ we packed up at midnight and hightailed it back to Fremont. Great sleeping in cool, cool, clean room. Great value!! and they have Pick'em Poker!

Can't beat the 2$ bottled imports! Great place to drink! Tried playing craps but table was full of foul mouthed rap star wannabes. Made alittle money anyway. Overall a pretty cool spot

Pleasant enough place for the money, perhaps the best of the midrange Fremont St properties, IMHO. Room furnishings were economical but modern and tasteful. Room was small with a tube TV, but nice plantation shutters and a surprisingly comfortable bed and linens. The biggest negative for me was the lack of self parking...valet only. Vegas newbies...you should stay on the strip (addresses Las Vegas blvd South, #3100-3999) for your 1st stay. Fremont St/downtown is an acquired taste.

My last trip to Las Vegas was last summer with my daughter Katy. We drove from Albuquerque to Las Vegas and stayed at the Fremont, which has small rooms, but they're kept clean and neat.

Katy and her husband to be needed to reserve a wedding chapel. We checked several places along Las Vegas Blvd. Katy found a good chapel, and reserved a date. She also had wedding pictures taken at the Venetian by a professional photographer.

We did some gambling, but because this was a trip to arrange the wedding and the pictures, not as much gaming was done as on other trips, and all of my gaming was video poker (hey it's what I like, and The Fremont's pay tables are decent).

The wedding was a couple months later with Katy's young Las Vegas friends in attendance. What happened after the wedding has not been discussed, but I'm told everyone had a good time. "What happens in Vegas..."

The family reception was in Albuquerque, incidentally.

This place is a friggin' dump. You could walk around with a load in your drawers and no one would smell it. But Vegas needs dumps like this to cater to the local redneck low lives and ex felons. The rooms suck, the food sucks, the casino sucks, the staff sucks, the whole place just plain ole sucks. The people who come here are very seedy and most have no teeth so if you need a 5 dollar gum job, this is your place!

These a small rooms but well maintained and always clean. This is a great place to stay for a no frills trip. The Fremont provides a good value for the gambler.

The Fremont Hotel is a economy type establishment.Great value for the gambller and client. The rooms though small by LV standards were clean and adequate. The dealers were fair and professional. MY wife and I are long time clients. My wife won two Royal Flushes on video poker on our first night! I lost at the crap[ table but had a enjoyable time. We will continue to stay at this property to enjoy the fine food and hospotality. The sole exception to this hotel is the Lanai Cafe!!! DO NOT EAT THIS GARBAGE!!We have tried it on several occasions and foind it to be BAD> Be warned!!!Thanks to Th4e Boyd Corporation for this fine experience. WE SHALL RETURN!!

Rooms were clean and cozy, but rather small. Bathroom was a bit to small. No elbow room... However I have to say, the service was great!!!

Room was very nice for the price...shower a little disfunctional. Service was absolutely impeccable, always with a smile.

Fairly nice rooms, which were more spacious than expected. Front desk personnel were among the friendliest and most accomodating.
Houskeeping staff were prompt and responsive to special requests.
