Can't say enough about this fantastic hotel. From the moment my cab drove up through the security gates to the time I left, all was simply remarkable. It honestly feels more like an upscale apartment building than a hotel. Granted, it's maybe a five minute walk to the MGM Grand (end of walk ends near MGM pool), but there are moving sidewalks throughout much of it. There are security checks at the walkway's entrance from the MGM and at the elevators as well. I was there to cover the Mayweather/Pacquiao as a member of the media & unlike every other hotel.....the wait for the elevator was but a few seconds at all times. There's a nice deli there, too. Lastly...quiet, quiet, quiet. I'll definitely go back.
Love this hotel, a little bit walk to the casino but rooms are big and clean and well equipped, also the price is very good compare to other hotel. Will come back again!
Signature
We stayed at The MGM Signature for the first time which is a smoke-free, non-gaming property connected to the MGM Grand via a walkway that leads to the MGM Grand pool. Staying in Tower One, we were an eight minute walk from the casino. Check-in was very easy as we were able to get right into our room at noon when we arrived. All rooms are suites with kitchenettes and spacious bathrooms. Other than a few minor cleanliness issues (which were remedied immediately and accompanied by a $25 beverage credit), the rooms were very nice. While I prefer the Aria rooms, it was nice to have a fridge to put some drinks and leftovers in. The pools are very small but incredibly quiet and the pool amenities are affordable ($150 for a cabana and $75 for a day bed). For those that want a full Vegas pool experience, you can access the MGM pool. However, the MGM pool was crazy busy even for mid-week and littered with kids. The Tower One pool was 18 and over which was so peaceful. The MGM casino didn't pay at first but I had a nice comeback on the black jack table and on the last night, the slots gave me all my money back. Additionally, having access to the monorail was convenient. Prior to check-out, i stopped by the MLife desk and they comped $85 of our meals. I'll happily stay at The Signature again.
Fantastic hotel, 2nd time of staying here and we were not disappointed. We stayed in tower 1 (which I requested) and had a room facing the strip. So nice to have a balcony in Vegas. Staff friendly and maid service excellent. Room was good all in all a fantastic hotel!
Wonderful hotel. Booked the 1 bedroom, strip facing balcony. We booked directly with the hotel not a private owner. This is a beautiful hotel, well worth the money, and really wasn't very expensive for Vegas. The hotel is not on the strip, we stayed in tower 3, it took us 10 minutes to walk from our room (20th floor), to the strip through the hotel, taking the side street by planet hollywood, took us 13 minutes to walk to the strip. I would stay here again, it was quiet and just an overall pleasant stay.
Fantastic stay, had a 1 bedroom suite in Tower 3. Slept our family of 4 easily. Had all amenities you could ask for. As for the walk to the strip, it is fine, not that far and there are at moving walkways to help. $25 a day resort fee is high, but more and more hotels are doing this.
Just returned from our second stay at this property, and for the second time, I have come away impressed. Our one bedroom suite gave my wife and I all the space we needed, with two bathrooms, both with their own showers, the bedroom in a separate room from the living room, and a full kitchen. The rooms are spotless, and thanks to the moving walkways, you're only about 5 minutes from the MGM casino floor. My only criticism is the $25 a day resort fee, but they're getting increasingly difficult to avoid. At a rate of about $125 per night, Signature is both a genuine bargain, and a quiet oasis from the buzz of the Strip.
I am so glad I took a chance to stay at this hotel. It is off the strip but easily accessible thru the MGM Grand. I love the fact there was no Casino and it was completely non-smoking. I never heard anyone in the hallways once. My room was so much more than I expected and it was really nice having the kitchenette option. Very spacious, clean, comfortable...I love everything. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all my friends.
Just got back from here and the place is lovely, only bad thing is the long walk to get to the MGM grand! But apart from that it was good! The lounge bar is a nice place to have a quick drink before a night out! Staff are very friendly and help full!
Me and my fiancé stayed for 7 nights, being our first visit to Vegas we didn't know what to expect. But the staff were amazing, very helpful, they even checked us in online for our flight for us and printed our boarding tickets. Cleaners again great and very helpful, gave you fresh bottles of water when requested and even if they turned up at a funny hour (like when we were having a mid day snooze) they would return later to clean the room or offer us fresh towels.
The snack bar inside the hotel in tower 2 is great for breakfast for sandwiches, omelettes bagels etc. to snack on round the pool or take up to your room. Pools very quiet but if you want the whole Vegas experience get yourself down to the MGM pool! Visiting Kraft steak inside the MGM is also a must! One of the best meals we had and its on your doorstep.
Visited many of the clubs and bars and there really is something for everyone and this place never stops! (when planning a night out visit the club in the day and get yourselves on the guest list, no queuing and cheaper if not free entry prices.)
As soon as you get there buy yourself an MGM yard long and fill it with your favourite frozen cocktail! Once you have the cup refills are half the price as any other drink and keeps you cool in the burning hot Vegas sun.
The walk to the MGM hotel pool and restaurants took us 6 minutes from our room in tower 3 (which is the furthest away). But if you are worried about the lengthy walks then I wouldn't advise Vegas as the place for you... The hotels are extremely large and getting for A to B anywhere in Vegas requires quite a lot of walking.
Had the most amazing holiday and would recommend this hotel to everyone. After visiting many of the top hotels in Vegas while we were there I can honestly say we couldn't have found such a top notch hotel for the money they charge.
Definitely be staying with this hotel again!
We stayed here with our children a couple of weeks ago. It is very nice and staff was friendly. If you want to spend time at the MGM pools it is very convenient. The only drawback is that is a few blocks from the strip. The miracle mile shops are fairly close. It is also pretty quiet during the week.
Great place first class!!!!!! All the way
Recently stayed for five nights. Great place to stay. 1 bedroom suite had awesome views and beautifully appointed. Would absolutely stay again.
We stayed at the signature in June/July for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it . The staff were always helpful and friendly. Don't worry about the walk to the MGM as u hardly even notice it. We will definately be staying here again
My husband & I have stayed here 4 times & loved it!!!! Amazing room at a great price... So many nice touches! Comming back this week on business.. They put us at THE Hotel. Been there before & like sig. Towers so much more!! When we come back on our own $$ we'll stay at the Sig Tower!!
Excellent quiet non smoking retreat to come back to at the end of the day. Easy access to monorail via MGM. Super comfy bed, awesome shower and a tub you could practically swim in. Got a great deal thru VRBO, very helpful concierge. It was great having a fridge to store drinks in, fully equipped kitchen if you fealt like cooking, but who wants to cook while on vacation!!
Five Stars. Top notch hotel!
Just got back from here and have to say that this is a lovely place to stay. The junior rooms are huge and the view from the balcony was great! The only complaint I would have is they didn't seem to understand that not everyone has a credit card. They wanted to charge $300 on check in for you to then charge services to your room. This was not optional and caused a lot of problems as we didn't have a credit card. This was however sorted out and the rest of our stay was great. The MGM is 5mins away and easy to get to. Probably wouldn't stay here again because it felt a little away from the action but if that's what you're looking then this is a great place.
Signature at MGM is a top notch hotel in Vegas and a quiet option just a five minute walk from the original MGM. If you want the newest rooms stay in tower c, but beware it's the furthest from the MGM. Moving walkways get you to the main Mgm quickly and you can enjoy all the Amenities it has to offer for free. Service is great and friendly, checking in is also easy since each tower has it's own desk. All one bedroom suites have balconies which is rare for Vegas. All rooms are non smoking but you do have a balcony on all one bedrooms and some junior suites. Rooms are so comfortable and spacious, bathrooms are huge and clean, there is absolutley nothing to complain about stay here and youveill mot be disapointed.
I stayed here the week of March 21. I was in tower 3 which is the one with the longest walk to MGM (it only took me about 5 minutes to get to MGM). When I arrived at the hotel I was very pleased it was a beautiful place and a very friendly staff. The room itself was great, it had a balcony (mine overlooked PlantHollywood tower). There was a deli in tower 2 which as pretty good and in tower 1 there was a Starbucks and a sundry store. The only real downside was the housekeeping. I was out all day and got back to my room a little after 4 and my room still wasn't cleaned. All I wanted to do was rest a couple of hours before heading back out, but housekeeping showed up at 4:30. I sent them away and called housekeeping to complain about the late cleaning. They asked if noon was ok for me, which it was and they started cleaning my room earlier. I noticed on my last night there that there was a bottle of pop on my patio in the corner which I never noticed before with a bunch of cig butts in it. I'm guessing it was there the whole time and I just never noticed it.
The hotel was really nice with one exception the housekeeping. They didn't bother showing up until 4:40 pm!
We did not stay but the grounds are beautiful, guard-gated and very exclusive. The condos are beautiful as well!
Fantastic, we arrived last night the hotel is very clean and rooms are amazing with great views from the balcony, self service kitchen is great to cook up your own breakfast just how you want it.
Wonderful hotel. Rooms are luxurious and staff is impeccable!
Fantastic hotel!! Whirlpool tubs which are big enough to fit 4 grown men in (and I have photos to prove this)!! it's a good 10 minute walk to the MGM grand but don't let that put you off, well worth a try, and staff are very helpful!!!
You'll never go wrong staying here. Whirlpool tub, huge one bedroom suites and friendly staff. Very relaxing, next to planet hollywood.
This hotel is still a 10 minute walk from the MGM grande, but you still enjoy the services both hotels have to offer ie. Pools, night clubs. The rooms are fantastic, very comfy and the bathrooms are very luxurious. The hotel had the condo feel, so no slots or gambling of any Kind in the lobby. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help. I recomend this hotel if you're looking to stay in a low key environment.
Luxurious accomodation, 15 USD per day "cover charge" not only includes a bottle of water and a newspaper each day but also unlimited highspeed wired and WiFi internet access throughout the hotel room and even around the pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are comfy, the suite bathrooms very large. Pool area quiet and family friendly, avoid the MGM Grand pool area if you have kids, too many people with booze in their hands, even in the water. We loved the Signature but if you want more action(meeting people, etc.), this may not be the right place.
Just returned form a four night stay at Signatures. We were somewhat disappointed with a few things that seem trivial but were frustrating and effected the overall experience we expected at Signatures.
Wireless Internet was ridiculously slow (11 mbps or worse). Requested assistance and techs were there immediately, pleasant but hamstrung by an inadequate IT system.
Lamp shade was broke on one of the lamps next to the bed. Did not complain about this but would have expected it to be repaired by housekeeping without a complaint.
Morning paper was delivered two of the four mornings. When called, paper was delivered to our room immediately. Again, with the promised level of service this should have been a given.
Bottled water (paid for 2 bottles per day along with the paper) Not placed in room as advertised. When we complained they promptly brought us the bottles to make up for what was not delivered.
Number of available channels and quality of TV reception. Poor.
Would we stay here again? Probably not. Among the issues noted above the property is quite a hike to the MGM Casino and even further to tour the strip.
My wife and I recently returned from our 5-night honeymoon stay at The Signature at MGM Grand.
The room and service was excellent. We had a room with a large balcony on the 26th floor overlooking The Strip. The room was spotless. The amenities were top-notch. Each tower has its own pool. The pool is simple, nothing exotic, but it's also private and comfortable. The staff was extremely efficient across the board: Check-in, check-out, maid service, etc.
Keep in mind however, The Signature isn't cheap, but to many degrees, you get what you pay for here. We stayed in the Petite Suite and it was plenty big enough for us. On top of room fees and taxes, they do stick you with a $15 a day courtesy charge. In other words, instant coffee, two water bottles, and a newspaper for $15 bucks a day.
One other thing to keep in mind is that MGM Grand's casino and The Strip are a pretty long walk. The Signature is great if you're looking to be within range of the action, but not too close, such as with a honeymoon or romantic vacation. But if you prefer being closer to the action, I'd recommend staying center-Strip.
