This is one of the best happy hour bargains in town (4pm-7pm) Two for one fabulous martini's (the two have to be the same flavor) and half price appetizers. Since this is one of my regular stops every visit, I've been able to try about every appetizer on their menu - chicken lollipops and roasted tomato fondue are amazing. The portions are large and you won't need dinner. As for the martini's - plenty strong and oh so good. (Lemon drop is my favorite)

I believe there is a fee to go to the observation tower, but no charge if you are going to the lounge/restaurant or are a guest at the Stratosphere.

You just can't beat this place for the atmosphere and the beautiful evening Las Vegas skyline.

This is a great place for happy hour. 2-for-1 martinis and reduced price appetizers, and you can't beat the view!

Entry to this lounge was part of the wedding in the clouds package my wife and I purchased. Pretty much had the reception in here. Not a large set up but very classy. Excellent wait staff who took very good care of us and the appetizer menu was very good. Small jazz combo played all night and the views were terrific. Great place to start or end an evening I would imagine and will defiantly return next trip.
