Visited Monday of last week (2/4) for my wife's birthday. One word: FLAWLESS. Ambiance, setting, presentation & delivery all simply remarkable. I started with the Royal Red shrimp cocktail, which was expertly prepared & the "Atomic" cocktail sauce packed an incredible kick. Main course was Chef Maloney's fish soup, which consisted of a combination of all types of seafood. My wife could not stop talking about her scallop dish. Great bar was well. Plan ahead & ask to be seated in Chris's section. He was a fantastic waiter. Thanks, Aquaknox!

Very overpriced, well what hotel restaurant isn't? Had the lobster bisque and the baked stuffed lobster. Nothing special. I've had better at Red Lobster.

THE VENETIAN/PALAZZO HOTEL AND CASINO ARE EXCELLENT HOTELS CASINOS. THE RESTAURANT ALL EXCEPT FOR THE AQUAKNOX ARE ALL EXCELLENT. THE AQUAKNOX WE THOUGHT FROM THEIR PRIZES WILL BE AN EXCELLENT CHOICE BUT THE RAW CLAMS WERE NOT FRESH THEY HAD A BAD SMELL AND TASTE AND THE SURF AND TURF WELL..... THE LOBSTER WAS OK BUT THE FILET MIGNON WAS BAD THE TASTE WAS AWFUL AND HAD A BAD SMELL. I AM SORRY BUT THIS IS BAD FOR THE HOTEL. WHEN WE TOLD THEM THE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO SPEAK TO US THEY TOOK OUT $46 FROM THE PRIZE AND THE WAITER SAID I AM SORRY I SPOKE TO THE CHEF. EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE HOTELS WAS GREAT AND WE 6 OF US HIGHLY RECOMEND IT. NOT AQUAKNOX.

Went here with 11 others the night of March 26, 2005. The ambience is VERY cool, the food was excellent, and the wait staff was really great. Overall, we ate like animals and the total bill, including several rounds of drinks for all and including tip, was $1,000 (very good price for that many people). I would definitely go back and would highly recommend it whether you're a couple or in a group!!!
