The Beach cafe is quite expensive actually. And its a small buffet. The menu items are way over priced. $4 for a cup of coffee? $3 for toast. The service is very slow when ordering. My husband and friend waited very close to 20 mins for cereal and fruit. The buffet isn't bad, but not over big. The omelette station was hands down worth it. There are no edible potatoes or hash browns on the buffet. When we arrived that morning, our room wasn't ready yet, so hubby and I had the buffet and 2 Caesars...$70! Yowzers right? Welcome to Vegas! But sitting out on the patio to eat was very relaxing. Too bad we weren't allowed the rest of the weekend...claimed it was reserved?? Must be a VIP thing :p

Nice space, beautiful environment, very slow service and bad food. The worst thing about the new Trop, hands down.

Went for breakfast buffet was overpriced and not that big of a selection I have had better free breakfast at holiday inn express and comfort suites

Prices are not a bargain. Pretty much in line with what you'd expect to pay at MGM or Caesars properties in the same mid-market niche. But it does taste better and has a pretty varied menu. It is a good compliment to the rest of the renovations.
