I couldn't disagree more with last reviewer. Our meal was delicious, service impeccable and atmosphere perfect in every way. I think we got a lot for our money.

Very disappointing. Definitely on the low end of higher end Vegas steakhouses. Food was bland and service had an attitude. You can do better anywhere else.

We went two nights ago. Great hostess - great food there was a special 3 service with bottomless wine glass at the door, but had to ask the server for it, he didn't mention it otherwise. So it can be affordable. We loved it. Will go back. The reason I took the fifth star out, because of the service. Don't get me wrong, the y are food but not great. I think thé servers were not happy about the special. One even explained to us that "bottomless" wine glass was not meant to get drunk. My husband is 50 and were there for a medical conference - very inapropriate. We had great service at China grill with Oscar and at RM seafood with David,

Charlie Palmer Steak does not disappoint. Steaks are cooked perfectly with outstanding service. Price is relative with many of the great steakhouses but cheaper than some of it's Vegas counterparts. I highly recommend the 40oz "Tomahawk" Bone-In Ribeye to share.

A stellar and exquisite steak prepared fresh by Charlie Palmer and his fellow trained culinary team.

Great food but you pay for it. Equal to Mortin's - steak was good American beef (no Kobe) but the space is dark. Great for a romantic dinner, but otherwise ...
