Ate there last September. Wonderful wait staff and food was excellent for the price. Visiting Vegas in a couple of months and will go back for an affordable, good meal. Sides included with meal were very good.

Great meal with top notch service. I had the 22oz prime rib for $20 and it was cooked just as I asked. Everything is served by cart and they toss your salads and dress up baked potatoes in front of you. Nice setting, quiet and nicely decorated. If your at the Gold Coast I would spend a few extra bucks and eat here than any buffet.

Great Meal; hot bread from the oven, quick,courteous service, large shrimp hors dourve, large prime rib done to perfection. Filled me up for less than $40.00. I always make it a point to eat here while in Vegas

I highly recommend the Cortez Room for casual intimate dining. Prices were reasonable, food was excellent, and the service was very good. We'll be back.

Our dining experience was very pleasant.
The food and the service were outstanding.
Our prime rib was done to perfection.
The value is exceptional.
The only minor knock was the choice of music
playing throughout the restaurant.

You'll be pleasantly surprised by this place! Line up early. The prices can't be beat, the atmosphere quiet, and the service superb. The best prime rib, huge portions of it and everything. Not just steak here. You'll be waited on hand and foot, and will be astonished when the check arrives. We never miss eating here when we visit. Don't miss this hidden jewel!
