I think Gerber, Clooney et al are just window dressing. They just don't have the real estate juice to pull something like this off. It is really the developers behind the scenes that are making this project go. Frankly, after looking at all of the development going on I just don't see how it all succeeds. I predict alot of these places will go belly up before construction. There just seems to be way too much condo/mixed use going up in a small city based upon one industry. I just don't get it.

I agree 100%. These guys are good for one thing: generating buzz.
Looking for a condotel (condo/hotel) to buy. Just want to rent it if possible when we are not there.
Saw something on TV about this project. Does anyone know any others I can look in to?
