Personally, I'm interested in checking this place out when it opens.

I'm very excited to see this new property. Although I'll be in town shortly after it opens, I'm going to be with people who will likely have no interest in leaving the Strip so it may be a little difficult.
The design sounds like a local's version of WLV. There are some remarkable similarities--a "round" casino, separate entrances, and the fact that suite guests don't have to walk through the casino.
They really stress those crystal chandeliers. I personally love the idea. With rumors that Las Ramblas is dead, I like the idea of another property reminiscent of classic Las Vegas.
Overall, after seeing the resort, I must say that the design of the resorts is stunning with its numerous water features (indoors and outdoors) and back lit onyx walls. It really seems like they copied some ideas from WLV, i.e. VIP elevators.
