Hopefully for us all, the economy improves inside of 42 months.

So, I'd think this puts to rest any speculation of the land being sold either to Wynn (who says he's not buying things right now) or to Sands (they have money?). I do hope this resort gets off the ground eventually - I still doubt they will start anytime soon.
After paying more than $30 Million an acre, I doubt they will ever build.
just an update. Bellagios site just updated a new picture for the new executive suite lounge. its a bit too contemporary for the Bellagio, but hey- its owned by MGM Mirage, thats their style.
Joe, I think it looks great, much better than I expected. It's interesting Bellagio is promoting the Executive Suite Lounge as a hotel feature rather than keeping it practically hidden as a perq for VIP casino guests. I used to check in there but was "uninvited" when I didn't play enough. I was escorted out and walked to the "Invited Guests" window at the main registration area.
