On Monday, we got a tour of PH Towers, the condo-hotel-fractional-ownership building set to open in December on the Planet Hollywood property.
My photos are here: PH Towers Gallery
Along the ride for the tour was Steve Friess, who wrote it up also, as well as big-time Vegas Twitter maven VegasBill.
Thanks to @phVegas for organizing the event for Vegas Podcast-a-palooza attendees. As for that event, I'll have a post about it and the audio of the shows up as soon as humanly possible.

What's most interesting about this building is seeing what PH's people can do from the ground up in terms of design. Admittedly, the building itself is a box, basically, but the interior look/feel is wholly their own work instead of bolting a new appearance onto spaces originally designed for something else like they've been doing so far.
Now that they completed a 50(?) floor tower, maybe they can renovate their Aladdinesque meeting rooms.
When you went back and looked at your photos, did you notice how many of them are of CityCenter across the street? I don't blame you, it looks amazing from the vantage point of the PH Tower. Hopefully those views are worth some money for PH's sake.
Yes, that wasn't lost on me... hey - it was a good view!
Do you think the red light in those tinted window rooms will be offputting to some people. I like the furniture and bathtub. Depending on how easy it is to get to the casino floor, I would consider staying there.
It connects through the mall so there's a little walk but not too bad.
The red/pink light was a bit overwhelming and kinda gave me a headache. Important to keep in mind that none of the blinds were in place so that may all be resolved when it opens.
The walk from the towers is, effectively, the same as the walk from the parking garage for comparison purposes.
PH Towers has an incredible one bedroom suite!
